Steamboat is actually on a mountain range with six major skiing areas. The area also boasts a natural hot springs where you can soak those weary bones after a day of hard skiing. There is child care available along with special kid's night outs and plenty of deals where kids can rent equipment and ski for free. Kid-friendly instruction is available for a variety of age groups and teens have their own options for entertainment like skiing and snowboarding.
