The Meaning of Divine InspirationLet us find out what divine inspiration really is. According to the scriptures, divine inspiration is the belief that God gave the men like us the exact words to write to create a book called "the Bible." Every Christian believes in this divine inspiration and rely on the bible to teach them how to live an inspired life. There is a lot of controversy to the concept of divine inspiration, but it is the strategic central scope of Christian theology that cannot be denied. If you are a Christian, then divine inspiration is said to help you to stay in spirit and help you to be strong despite all the obstacles that life throws your way. Staying Inspired To stay inspired, Christians believe that they have to stay true to the word of God and follow its teachings. The idea that you have to keep connected to God in order to be able to remain inspired is true for everyone who practices this faith. It is apparent that this is a choice for individuals to make for themselves. The motivation to remain in spirit is believed to have bearing on the same principle that existed during the time that men were inspired to write the bible. It is the same way that God can inspire men of today to do his work on earth. For God to use you for his divine purpose and inspiration, it is taught by religion that you have to live your life with dedication to the word of God. This word of God is influential to keeping you in spirit to carry out the plan of God. Different things can inspire you, but to be divinely inspired, leads you to a personal relationship with God. Some people may determine that God is like an energy force of the universe or higher power, as he is sometimes called, but whatever you may call him, it is definitely apparent that there is a divine source that operates in this atmosphere that we call earth. However, our inner motivation towards how we use this divine source in our lives dictates how inspired we will become. We must first have good intentions and have an inner sense of self to be on the path towards true inspiration. Being inspired is realizing that there is an internal guide who is greater than you who helps you to tune into your inner being and capture the essence of your true self. You have to be willing to have faith in this belief and take action to become inspired. |
