This exercise for back pain will help in relaxing your shoulders and will make for an improved curving of your back.

Holding the right posture will go a long way in preventing back pain and you should be aware that a slouched position greatly contributes to the problem of back pain. Though you may not want to perform exercises for back pain everyday, it is still advisable to perform them as often as is possible and you should also try and avoid slouching if you want to remain free from back pain.
