All you need to do is combine in a blender, mix on high for about thirty seconds, and you are done.

Another of the favorites is the orange vanilla shake, for which you need 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, 8 oz. orange juice, 4-5 ice cubes, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, ½ banana, 2-3 frozen strawberries and 2 packets of sweetener. Again all you need to do is combine this in a blender for a few seconds on high and it is ready.



Yet another great option is the plum-lemon cooler, and for this low calorie whey protein shake you need 2 scoops vanilla flavored whey protein powder, 1 ripe plum pitted, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. multi-vitamin powder, 16 oz. ice water and ½ cup of ice cubes. Mix and enjoy.
