Meditation And Crying Can Unburden Both The Soul And The Mind



It is quite normal for a person to suppress his or her tears, because to most people, tears are symptomatic of being weak which in fact they are not. The beauty of crying is that it helps in cleansing out the eyes and also the heart, and even through meditation and crying, you can become a softer person because you are using a biological means of becoming cleaner and are also unburdening yourself at the same time. In fact, it has even been noticed that because women are more prone to crying than men, it seems to also help them (women) become less mad as compared to men.

However, the body in both genders has the same glands which are filled with tears, and because of meditation and crying, the benefits that can be derived are many because through meditation you can come to peace with yourself while with crying you are releasing your pent up emotions and thus the two works in complementary ways. However, it has been noticed that by crying, (as women do so often) it helps prevent people from doing drastic things, as is witnessed when you find that women don't commit suicide as often as men do (who don't cry all that often).

Thus, by taking to meditation and crying, people are able to free their minds and hearts from the burdens of everyday life's worries, which will then lead to a complete metamorphosis in them because they will have been able to have realized the tremendous potential and so, have improved the quality of their lives. It pays to let out your tears out as it can release your pent up frustrations and pain and so, will help you to feel less stressed.



No doubt, in the society that we live in today, men are discouraged from shedding tears and are often told to put on a brave face and this can lead to a situation where men become frozen and also rigid, which is not good for their mental and physical well being. Thus, through meditation and crying, there seems to be an answer for these  problems' and once the soul is allowed to rest and the mind and body relax, then and only then, can a person enjoy both mental and physical well being.

Actually, meditation and crying are complimentary to one another because through crying, we can rid ourselves of pain and to also become more gentle and crying also tends to heal our wounds as well. The same goes for meditation which frees the mind from the stress it is under and it allows the body to regain its relaxed state, and so anyone that does both meditation and crying will certainly profit greatly from the experience.
