They found the game so amazingly entertaining that they decided to promote it as a leisure or recreational game in the USA. This is how the first official paintball game was launched in 1982 in New York and there has been no looking back since. In the less than two decades this game has become the favorite of millions of players in more than 40 countries and the numbers are steadily growing. Besides being a great game, paintball is becoming a great business venture as well. With the growing popularity of this game a new industry has come up which specializes solely on paintball supplies. Once upon a time, there were very limited places where you could find your supplies; now you have hundreds if not thousands of stores right at your finger tips on the Internet. This is ample proof that this game is here to stay. |
