ProForm Crossover Elliptical Is Compact And Sturdy And Good For Home UseSmall For Strength Training, Large For Elliptical The ProForm crossover elliptical is about eighty-five inches high and thirty-seven inches wide and eighty-three inches deep and is small as a strength trainer though a large elliptical and it supports user weight of about maximum two hundred and fifty pounds that can be a limiting factor if your body is bulky though of course it is not intended to be used as a body builder, and neither is the ProForm crossover elliptical portable though it does have wheels for moving it about. On the downside, the ProForm crossover elliptical is not so comfortable when used though that is a problem with much other elliptical equipment as well. Still, it could have done with handles on the sides though it does have a pair of small handles which are placed at chest height if you are not very tall, and on the flip side is the fact that it does make you sit in the correct posture, though there is still a bit of straining of the back. However, the handles do come with heart rate sensors built into them and thus you can view your heart rate on a console in front of you on this elliptical. Then again, when you get on to the ProForm crossover elliptical, you won't find any difficulty in doing so and you can also easily start up the machine and it has pedals placed close to ground level which is nice if you are not too tall and treads on the pedals are nice and there is also a lip that helps keep your feet from slipping forward. It also has magnetic resistance and thus you can expect to get a smooth as well as quiet ride. All in all, the ProForm crossover elliptical is quite complicated because it uses a lot of technology, though it is still likeable and despite not getting an extended warranty, most buyers still like it, though it is rather impractical for use in a gym; rather, you will get most out of it when used at home and though it does not provide the best strength training, it is still adequate and at the price is a steal. |
